- In a blender bowl, put half cup of water, yogurt, sugar, cardamom, almonds and salt.
- Cover.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Add the remaining water and lemon juice.
- Blend again.
- Serve chilled.

I love a nice sweet lassi, love cardamom and when I saw this contained almonds, I knew I would be trying this out. I used ground almonds as I have plenty of that and it worked well. Excellent way of sneaking almonds into the diet. I used lime instead of lemon which also worked well. A very nice variation on the lassi theme.
