  • Place the tea in a teapot. Combine the cardamom seeds and the water in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour this water into the teapot and let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste. Strain into 2 cups and add milk or sugar, if desired.
