  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a food processor, and process until minced.
  • Add the mango and next 5 ingredients (mango through salt); process until smooth.
  • Place mango mixture and fish in a zip-top plastic bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
  • Remove fish from bag, reserving marinade.
  • Pour reserved marinade into a small saucepan, and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Prepare grill or broiler.
  • Place fish on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  • Serve with mango sauce.
  • Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 fillet and 1/4 cup mango sauce).

  1. The fish was very flavorful, enjoyed it with the mango marinade sauce on it. I made this recipe as written, except I only used 1 serrano chili, I also cooked the fish in the broiler. Made for ZWT9 ~ The Apron String Travelers
