  1. Put ingredients in bread machine, in order best suited for your machine. Set machine to dough cycle.
  2. After first rise is done put dough on floured surface and punch down with fist. Divide the dough into 12 equal balls and place into a greased 9x13 pan. Let rise in warm place for 1 hour or until double in size.
  3. Brush with an egg wash if you want nice brown tops (1 egg beaten with 2 Tb water). Cook in a preheated 350 oven for 18-22 minutes.
