  • Blend bananas and dairy until creamy. Add apricots and carob and blend again. Chill until almost solid. Remove from freezer and process in ice-cream maker as directed.

  1. You have to be a really really big fan of banana for this. You can't taste the carob at all. The color and texture is a bit weird as well.

I am a homeschooling mother of 8. We have chickens, goats and emus, as well as a year round veggie garden. My goal in life was to find the perfect sticky toffee pudding recipe. I have now found it in Carol's Sticky Toffee Pudding. This is the most amazing dessert (next to my carob cake) I've ever tasted.
