Directions

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat butter, peanut butter and carob chips until melted, stirring to combine thoroughly.
  3. Pour over dry ingredients and again mix thoroughly.
  4. Spread in a glass 8" x 8" square pan.
  5. Chill in refrigerator for at least two hours.
  6. Cut into squares and serve. Store unused portion in fridge.
  7. You can also make these as drop cookies by dropping spoonfuls onto waxed paper before chilling.
