Carol's No-Crust Coconut Pie

  1. Great coconut flavor and a nice "custardy" bottom. This is similar to the Bisquick coconut pie that my mom makes. Very simple to make. I had to bake mine 45 minutes. I'll make this again. Thanx for posting.
     
  2. This recipe was ok. It took 45 minutes to bake, not 30-45. I used 2 cans of coconut and had enough to bake 2 pies.
     
  3. My mom made this when we were kids and it is incredibly good and so easy to make. Bisquick mix works well also. I now have 2 kids and they love it as well!!
