  • Grease and flour 2 9-inch or 3 8-inch cake pans.
  • Mix all dry cake ingredients.
  • Add oil and eggs.
  • Add carrots and nuts.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour into pans and bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350.
  • Mix all frosting ingredients well and spread between layers and top of cake.

I live in South Carolina. Married with 2 children and 3 grandchildren. My favorite cookbook is Taste Of Home. I love spending time with my family and being a grandma. My pet peeves are stupid drivers. We have a lot of those here. And rude people. If i had a month off i would take a cruise to Jamaica!
