  • Line 3 round cake pans with waxed paper.
  • Oil and flour lined pans.
  • Mix carrots, flour, eggs and oil.
  • Mix sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon.
  • Combine two mixtures.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Cool.
  • Mix cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Ice with icing mixture.
  • Sprinkle with nuts.
