ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups shredded carrots
directions
- Mix all dry Ingredients.
- Add sugar, oil and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Add Carrots, mix well.
- Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
