Carrot Cake's Creamy Fudge

ingredients
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 1⁄3 cups evaporated milk
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Heat sugar, butter, and milk until candy thermometer reads 'soft ball' or 240F.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stir until chocolate chips melted. Pour into 9-13 pan and place in fridge. Serve when hard.

Do love fudge that includes marshmallow creme, & your recipe is so easy! Definitely a winner in my book! I did it this time with the semi-sweet chocolate chips that I have, but look forward to makeing it with dark chocolate & with peanut butter chips as well! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
