- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄2 cup colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup shredded carrot, drained
- 1 teaspoon lawry's seasoning
- 1⁄3 cup salted sunflower seeds, chopped
directions
- Mix everything except sunflower seeds together and chill 30 minutes.
- Shape into small balls using a tablespoon.
- Press one side of each ball into the sunflower seeds.
- Serve with crackers.
