- Mix sugar, raisins, grated carrots, water, and shortening together. Boil slowly for 10 mins and cool.
- Add walnuts, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt and mix well.
- Place in greased cupcake tins.
- Bake 350 10-15 mins.
