Carrot Daikon Pickle

"This condiment is delicious on it's own, and wonderful to serve with any Vietnamese dish. It's essential on a Vietnamese sandwich (banh mi). The recipe is from The Steamy Kitchen Cookbook by Jaden Hair."

  1. We thought these were perfect. Made them to go with recipe #425971, and it was truly awesome. Thanks for sharing!<br/>Made for ZWT 9 / SE Asia for The Apron String Travelers

  2. Easy peasy and so, so good! I made this to go alongside your recipe for Recipe #425971 and we loved this meal. Like I said on my review for the sandwich, I'm sure that my kids and I will enjoy this often for lunch. Thanks so much PanNan. Made for the Asian round of ZWT9 for team Tasty Testers.

  3. I made this to go with recipe #425971 as you suggested. Very tasty and completely different from what I usually buy at the Asian market. I think I might like it best after a day or two rather than right after the 30 minute resting time. Made for ZWT6 by a Looney Spooner.
