  • 3 carrots, cleaned and the ends chopped off
  • 1 -2 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Using a vegetable peeler make ribbons of the carrots.
  2. Add carrots to a pot of boiling water and cook until tender crisp.
  3. Drain.
  4. Stir in butter.
