  2. Blend butter with brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg.
  4. Stir in vanilla,carrot and coconut.
  5. Add flour, baking powder,salt , cinnamon.nutmeg and cloves.
  6. Stir in raisins and pecans.
  7. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and drop large spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes until brown.
