  • Heat oven to 325°F Grease thoroughly and lightly dust with flour tow 9-inch square pans or thrwew 8-inch round pans. Sift flour and cinnamon together. Combine oil, sugar, and eggs in a large mixer bowl, and beat thoroughly. Add flour mixture and beat to blend ingredients. Fold in carrots, pineapple and nuts. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake until cake bagins to pll away from sides of pans (about 1 hour). Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. Cool completely before frosting. (see Cream Cheese Frosting).
  • CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:.
  • Combine all ingredients and beat ot blend, spread on cake -.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
