Cake
- 1 carrot cake mix
- 14 ounces canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup water

Frosting
- 1⁄2 cup oleo (softened)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 lb powdered sugar
directions
- Blend all cake ingredients together with beater. Pour/spread into jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Mix frosting ingredients with beater.
- Spread on cake after it has cooled.
