ingredients
- 2 cups raw carrots, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup seedless raisin
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat yogurt (plain)
directions
- Scrub, scrape and shred carrots.
- Combine with raisins.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over.
- Mix thoroughly.
