Carrot Salad

ingredients
- 2 lbs carrots
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 3⁄4 cup vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
directions
- Cook carrots until tender crisp. (about 10 minutes). Rinse in cold water. layer carrots, onions and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight in fridge. This is delicious as a casserole.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
