Directions

  1. Slice the carrots into thin slivers, either by hand or in food processor.
  2. Heat, in small saucepan, lemon juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Take off the heat and add oil, garlic, ginger, chili pepper and chives.
  4. Mix and season with salt.
  5. Pour dressing over carrots.
  6. Mix.
  7. Let salad marinate in refridgerator for at least one hour before serving.
