  • Drain Carrots.
  • Melt Margarine.
  • Add Carrots to margarine. Puree all ingredients in processor or blender (in batches).
  • Pour into Greased pans and bake 45 Min at 350 degrees.

  1. This is a gem! I converted it down to 8 servings. I also used a Pampered Chef Cinnammon Sprinkle on top - it was amazing! It reminded my boyfriend of a cross between sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie! This is awesome!
