  1. Boil the carrots, onion, garlic and celery in the water and chicken bouillon cubes on high.
  2. Boil it until you can stab a carrot and it break easily (like mashed potatoes).
  3. Using your trusty hand mixer puree the stuff (not just for drinks anymore).
  4. Add the dill pickle and puree that too.
  5. Turn the temperature down to medium.
  6. Add the dill brine and 10% cream.
  7. Give the stuff a few more minutes to ensure it is completely puree.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
