  1. Mixture will be sloppy.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together first; mix in margarine, then eggs, one at a time.
  3. Mix in water, add more if needed.
  4. Bake in an 8inch round or 2 loaf tins at 180degC (350degF),moderate oven, approximately 55 mins but check at 45 minutes.
  5. Let cool in oven.
  6. Icing; Mix icing ingredients with a little hot water.
