ingredients
- 6 small avocados
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 8 ounces salsa verde, pace medium (without the diced green chilies)
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 ounces cream cheese
directions
- Break up avocado slices.
- Mix slowly at first in open bowl and then blend all ingredients until smooth.

Wow, this is really close to the real thing! Loved it. I don't know of any Texan who hasn't eaten and loved this sauce at Casa Ole. Will definitely be on my list of dips when I have company over or have a party. Avocados are so readily available here and during the summer they are relatively inexpensive. My DH is diving in as we speak! Thanks for the post!
