  1. 1. Slice chicken into 1" squares add salt and pepper to taste . Chop green onions.
  2. 2.Pour chicken broth into a small bowl and mix togeher with soy sauce,cornstarch,sugar and chili sauce.
  3. To Cook.
  4. 1. Heat 1 tblsp. of oil over med heat and add nuts,shake pan until toasted. Remove and set aside.
  5. 2. Add remaining oil to pan and add chicken cook quickly remove and set aside.
  6. 3. Add veggies saute till start to color. Add broth mixture then chicken bring to boil and let simmer for 2 to 4 minutes or until veggies are cooked. Add bamboo shoots and stir until sauce thickens. Mix in green onions and nuts.
  7. Serve over steamed rice.
