"My sister cannot have peanut butter. And she didn't share her recipe for cashew butter and I was just too curious to wait! So, I did a search for a recipe for Cashew Honey Butter and this is what I found. I will compare notes when I get her to send me her version of this recipe!"

ingredients

1 cup salted cashews
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey

directions

Blend cashews in a blender on low to start and then medium, scraping down the sides, til cashews are smooth.
Blend in vegetable oil and honey.
Cook time is a approximate time to blend - can easily be less or more time.
