  1. I made these for last night's dinner and my whole family gobbled them up. Nice flavor, and of course with being cooked in the crockpot, the chops just fell apart. I think next time I might try something to thicken up the sauce a bit prior to serving. The sauce did loose alot of the bite from the catalina while cooking, so I might try whisking in some sauce from the bottle before serving to see if that chunks it up a bit. We will be having this one again, I'm sure!

  2. My family loved it. I used honey french dressing (I needed to use), 1/2 cup orange marmalade and add 2 tablespoons of red peppers flakes. Before serving I use the left over sauce added more marmalade to make thicker and poured over the pork chops. Served over rice.

  3. Wonderful recipe that is full of flavor! The pork chops were so good that they were falling off the bone. Will definitely make these again. Yum!

  4. Very good. I serve this over white rice. I've also made this using chicken breasts instead of pork chops.

  5. Thank you for a recipe that gave us a different taste for pork. They were zingy, and the family liked them, just didn't go crazy over them. We may make this again, you can't beat the prep/cook time, that's for sure. Thanks for posting!
