- 4 catfish fillets
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
directions
- Place catfish fillets in a greased casserole dish.
- Mix chili sauce, tomato sauce and sour cream together and pour over fillets.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake covered at 350° F.
- for 25 minutes.
