  1. Grate cauliflower in food processor.
  2. Steam approximately 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer to bowl to cool & squeeze out all excess water using towels.
  4. Preheat oven to 450.
  5. Add remaining ingredients & mix well.
  6. Pour mixture onto parchment lined baking sheet or oiled pizza stone.
  7. Shape crust & bake approximately 15 minutes until lightly browned.
  8. Add sauce toppings etc bake additional 10 minutes or until toppings are heated.
