  1. We didn't care for the texture of the cauliflower in this. Microwaving turned it to mush. Next time I may try roasting it in the oven.

  2. Sooooooo yummy and easy to make, too! I used fresh minced onions and my mustard was Dijon. I steamed my cauliflower on the stove top then smothered it in the yummy sauce and baked it for about 15 minutes in the oven. It was perfect and fun to serve, too. Thanx for sharing!

  3. This was wonderful!! It was super easy to do, left my oven free for other things and we loved it. The spouse absolutely raved about how good it was and how it was so nice to have cauliflower in a different way. Next time I might add a bit more mustard to bring out that flavor more but it was delicious as written.

  4. Delicious! I steamed my cauliflower and then coated it with the mayo mixture and cheese. Finished it off in the oven vs. microwave at 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.

  5. I can't get enough cauliflower (no joke) and this recipe is such a fun fresh way to eat even more cauliflower! The acid of the mustard and the rich cheese/mayo combination made this a dish I could eat every night of the week. A++
