- 12 ounces assorted pasta
- 1 1⁄2 lbs hamburger
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 celery (optional)
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms
- 30 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 cup black olives, sliced or chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 16 ounces pepperoni, sliced
- 1 dash red pepper flakes
directions
- Brown hamburger and onion.
- Add green pepper,celery, seasonings, and tomato sauce.
- Cook 15 minutes.
- Cook pasta, drain.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
