- 5 potatoes, sliced 1/8 inch thick
- 1⁄2 cup creme fraiche
- 4 -6 ounces sevruga caviar
directions
- Heat oven to 450.
- Spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick vegetable spray.
- Put potato slices in a single layer on sheets.
- Bake until golden (18-22 minutes), turning at least once.
- Let cool.
- Top chips with creme fraiche and caviar.
