Ingredients Nutrition
- 3 lbs savoy cabbage, coarsely shredded
- 1⁄2 cup carrot, shredded
- 1⁄2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1⁄4 cup salad oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot and bell pepper. In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, and oil; bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
