ingredients
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1⁄2 cups mayonnaise
- jalapeno jelly
directions
- Mix all together, except jalapeno jelly.
- Place in a mold.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Unmold and spread jalapeno jelly over top.
- Serve with crackers.
