Centerpiece taco dip

"This is a very presentable dish with vibrant color. I must tell you that it is also addicting. I serve it with tortilla chips and it can be made a day in advance."

I grew up in Ohio, have lived in San Diego and now reside in Georgia. Love it here! I am a stay at home mom and enjoy interior decorating, renovating and cooking up a storm! I also like Nascar, and the everyday challenge of keeping myself in shape. If I had a month off I'd go even further south and find someone to teach me to cook Carribean style.
