  • 14 cup cereal (Shreddies, Chex and Crispix work well)
  • 1 large egg (or 1/4 cup egg whites)
  • sugar substitute, to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly
  2. Microwave for approximately 90 seconds.
  3. Allow to cool, then add any toppings you wish.
