- 1 package bran/wheat mash - baby food (CERELAC) celeriac
- 500 g beef bones with marrow or 500 g mutton bones with marrow
- 1 carrot
- 3 -4 cups water
- salt
directions
- first clean bones well.
- Put in a pressure cooker with 3-4 cups of water.
- add salt, and vegetables
- after cooking remove bones, scoop out marrow, add bran/wheat mash (CERELAC)
- mix/mash well, cool.
