ingredients
- 6 sugar cubes
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Angostura bitters
- 750 ml sparkling white wine
directions
- Place a sugar cube in the bottom of 6 champagne glasses. Add a few drops of the bitters to each cube of sugar.
- Pour the wine ,evenly into the 6 glasses.
- Serve immediately.

We really liked these a lot. The only reason I'm knocking off one star is because the addition of the sugar and bitters hardly changed the flavor of the champagne. But it was still very good! Made for ZWT5 Family Picks. -

Great Cocktail Jubes, So quick and easy, I think I may have used a bit too much Angostura bitters but the cocktail still tasted wonderful! I will be making this again and again I think I enjoyed it so much. And I loved the colour it turned a nice light pink! Thank you for another wonderful recipe.
