Directions

  1. Cut pork into 1 and 1/2" triangles.
  2. Place into baking pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl combine sugar, soy sauce and sake.
  4. Mix together well.
  5. Add oyster sauce, garlic and catsup.
  6. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Pour sauce over pork.
  8. Bake in oven at 325 for 1 and 1/2 hours.
