  1. Melt butter in saucepan, then add garlic and oregano.
  2. Heat grill until very hot. Place shucked oysters in a cast iron pan and top with butter sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Place pan on grill and cook until the oysters bubble up and start to curl, about 5-8 minutes.
