Directions

  1. Knead all the ingredients, except the oil to deep fry, together in a bowl.
  2. Roll out the pancakes not too thick nor too thin.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  4. Shallow fry the pancake till it is lightly browned on one side.
  5. Flip and shallow fry using a little oil on the other side as well until brown specs appear.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or with buttered bread and hot tea.
