Charlie Walkers Pork Chop Casserole

"My Grandpa has made this recipe for years. It is quick and easy and very filling. I like to add a little celery salt and a little garlic salt. You can also substitute cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom. But both are equally good."

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 cups of sliced potatoes
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup grated American cheese

directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375degrees. Brown the Pork Chops in a skillet. Place the Potatoes into a baking dish. Mix together the soup, milk, onions, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and place the Pork Chops over the Potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake oncovered for about 1 hour or until the potatoes are done.
