Charmaine's Secret Tofu Marinade

"Works well for tofu. Tofu made with this marinade can be served like you would serve sliced meat (like a roast, for example) - with baked baby carrots, potatoes, etc. Leftover tofu can be used in sandwiches, like you would use deli meat."

  1. This takes MUCH longer to make than is stated in the time to make space. It isn't very flavorful either.

I live in Somerset West (Cape Town, South Africa) with my lovely fiance and 4 adorable cats. I'm currently studying Archaeology & Anthropology, and I love every moment of it! My fiance and I are both vegetarian, although we do cheat once in a blue moon (but we feel *very very very* guilty afterward!!) My passions include baking and animal activism, as well as painting and playing the Sims 3. I love home improvement and shopping, but I rarely have money for either one. I'm famous for my baking skills, and everyone knows they can expect a homemade cake (or something else that's sweet) when they come over for coffee. I *love* going to restaurants, and have quite a few favorites.
