Cheater's Chocolate Frosting
"I did actually try this yesterday afternoon. I had found it in "USA Weekend" just yesterday, courtesy of their food columnist, Pam Anderson. I was making a cake for last nights dinner, and since I was using a canned frosting...I thought I would give it a whirl. It really does make canned frosting taste like homemade!"

- 1 can store bought chocolate frosting
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 teaspoon instant coffee
directions
- Stir vanilla and coffee into frosting until smooth.
