This is a wonderful recipe! After trying an apple cheddar scone at a cafe, I knew I had to find a way to replicate the flavor combination. This is the easiest, most delicious, and my favorite recipe I've found that puts apple and cheddar together. Mixing flour in with the apple slices makes for a great texture and keeps them from getting too wet.
