Cheddar-Asiago Potato Bread

"When I make mashed potatoes, I try to remember to save some of the cooking water to make this bread. If you forget, or don't have any potato cooking water, warm water works fine. The potato water just gives a little finer product."

I hail from Wisconsin...God's Country. Where the air is clean, the scenery beatiful and the people are friendly. Come visit me! I am self-employed so I have a lot of time for my two favorite hobbies....motorcycling and cooking. We logged 21,000 miles last year. We entertain our 7 children and their families frequently so we BBQ alot. I love all type of cookbooks...but, especially regional church or organizational cookbooks...they know how to cook!! I love "peasant food"....meat, potatoes, etc. and chocolate. I am allergic to broccoli (even tho' I love it) . This site is awesome....some great cooks hang out here!
