Cheddar Bacon Toasts

"I found this in a TOH cookbook about 5 years ago. I like to serve these at Brunch. They go well with a salad or egg casserole."

  • In a bowl, combine the cheese , mayonnaise and bacon.
  • Cut the bread into 24 slices, each about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Spread the cheese mixture on one side of each slice. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
