Cheddar Cheese Fondue

- 2 cups half-and-half cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 6 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons flour
- optional hot sauce
- your chose of dipping selections I like beer sausage, crusty bread or apple
directions
- In a saucepan over low heat, stir in half and half, Worcestershire, mustard, and garlic. Stir until hot, but not boiling. Discard garlic. In bowl, toss cheese with flour. Whisk gradually. Slowly add cheese to the sauce mixture, stirring constantly. It will be ready when cheese is melted and looks smooth and bubbly. Serve.

Whoo hoo! I finally graduated from college in June. I love to cook and experiment with new recipes! I also like to read, when I can, and ski. My favorite cookbook is anything by Racheal Ray. She came down to Ashland for her $40 a day show. That was exciting.
