Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 14 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons green peppers, finely chopped (or red)
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon red pepper sauce (I use a a shake of Tabasco)
  • 1 12 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Beat all the ingredients together. You can add a bit more milk to change the consistency.
  2. Cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour. Stir before serving.
